Mr. Lemoine has been employed at BSF since December 1978. He served in many roles, though a majority of his 44 years has been in lending as an Executive Vice President, while currently serving as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lemoine has served on the West Feliciana Parish School Board for 30 years, 28 as President; the board of Capital Area United Way and the Istrouma Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America; a founding board member of the St. Francisville Area Foundation; and assisted in the formation of the St. Francisville Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, serving as President.
