NO PURCHASE OR BANK TRANSACTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. THIS GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. The $100 gift card from Away Down South (this“Giveaway”) begins at 9:00 AM Central Time on February 26, 2020 and ends at 6:30 PM Central Time on March 18, 2020 (the “Giveaway Period”).
ELIGIBILITY. This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Louisiana and Mississippi (the“Eligibility Area”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Only individuals may enter; no entries from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. This Giveaway is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area. Employees, officers, and directors of Bank of St. Francisville (BSF), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relations firms, consultants and contractors, their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent or grandparent) and those living in their same households are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER. There is ONE (1) way to enter: “Digital Entry” Complete the entry form online at https://www.bsf.net/about/newsletter. Entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period will be discarded and deemed void. No changes to any entry information will be permitted once submitted. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are permitted. All entries become the property of BSF and will not be acknowledged or returned. No purchase or bank transaction is necessary to enter or win. By participating, entrants: (1) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BSF, which shall be binding and final in all respects; and (2) warrant that he/she is eligible to participate in this Giveaway.
PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING. One (1) prize will be awarded at the conclusion of the giveaway period.
BSF will notify the winner when his/her prize is ready for pick-up, and winner must pick up the gift certificate from customer service at Bank of St. Francisville (located at 5700 Commerce St, St Francisville, LA 70775) before March 31, 2020. If prize is not claimed by March 31, 2020, then winner will forfeit the prize. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and/or any other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize. BSF is not responsible or liable for a winner’s inability or failure to utilize a prize. Winner will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other expenses associated with acceptance and/or taking delivery of the prizes. Prize may not be combined with any other offer. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize will be permitted, except that BSF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Unless prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for BSF, its subsidiaries and affiliates to use prize winner’s name, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised in connection with this Giveaway without review, notification, approval, or compensation. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON. Odds of winning are determined by and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION. Winner will be chosen by random drawing. Drawing will occur on March 18, 2020 by BSF from among the total number of eligible entries received for the specific drawing period. WINNER DOES NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. Prize award is subject to verification and will be awarded upon winner validation and verification by BSF. The winner will be notified by email. If the initially selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts by BSF, the prize will be forfeited.
DISQUALIFICATION. Any false information provided by an entrant concerning his/her identity or mailing address or any non-compliance by an entrant with these Official Rules may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant from this Giveaway. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, as solely determined by BSF, will be disqualified. If disqualified, BSF reserves the right to terminate the person’s eligibility to participate in this and future promotions and giveaways of BSF or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BSF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event any portion of this Giveaway is compromised by any unauthorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the control of BSF which, in the sole opinion of BSF, corrupt or impair the integrity, administration, security, or operation of this Giveaway, BSF reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Giveaway and award the prize from all eligible entries received prior to the action or compromise giving rise to the suspension or termination of this Giveaway.

BSF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR: (1) ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR PRINTING ERRORS; (2) INCORRECT OR INACCURATE ENTRY INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR BY ANY HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE PROCESSING OF THE ENTRIES IN THIS GIVEAWAY; (3) ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR LINES, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, OR PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, OR SOFTWARE; OR (4) ANY OTHER ERRORS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IN NO EVENT WILL BSF, OR THEIR AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, EXPECTATION, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS GIVEAWAY.
RELEASE. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants release and hold BSF, their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of this Giveaway. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among the parties and any claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
DISPUTES; BINDING ARBITRATION. The parties hereby waive their rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Giveaway. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or these Giveaways shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in St. Francisville, Louisiana, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Louisiana and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Louisiana any and all disputes that arise relating to these Giveaways must be filed within one (1) year from the date that the winners are announced.
GENERAL INFORMATION. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force.
PRIVACY NOTICE. Any personal information provided by entrants will be used by BSF to administer these Giveaways and in accordance with the BSF Privacy Policy.
